Why Did I Receive A PlatePass Charge?

PlatePass pays tolls and charges for rental car customers when they drive their rental vehicle on covered, all-electronic tollways and bridges without using either a personal transponder that is fully-funded, properly mounted and compatible with the tollway or another form of toll payment approved by the toll authority.
